Refund Policy

At SquadX, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our users. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Below is our refund policy outlining when and how refunds may be requested.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Memberships: Refund requests for premium memberships must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided that the membership has not been fully utilized.

  • Tournament Fees: If a tournament is canceled by SquadX or rescheduled to a time that does not suit the participant, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided.

  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue on our platform prevents access to purchased services (such as tournaments or premium content), we will offer a refund if the issue is unresolved within 48 hours of reporting.

 

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Once digital goods, such as in-game purchases, tournament fees, or memberships, are fully utilized, no refunds will be given.

  • Refunds will not be issued for disqualifications due to violations of SquadX’s rules and policies.

 

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@SquadX.org with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used for registration

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.)

  • The reason for requesting the refund

 

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

SquadX reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or on our website.
